The USO is doing their part to help relief efforts in Houston

As the Houston area recovers from the effects of Hurricane Harvey, the USO is doing their part to provide assistance, relief, and comfort.

Two USO mobile units, the Texas Sprinter and the Big Blue Mobile Unit, are stocked with supplies and ready to deploy from Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.

Several Redskins players have donated, including QB Colt McCoy, who donated his fishing boat to relief efforts.

The Washington Redskins encourage fans to support the Red Cross by texting HARVEY to 90999 to donate $10, or to support the JJ Watt foundation. In addition to a monetary contribution, fans can send a message of support to the service men and women working in the Houston area through USO’s website:
