USO #Flex4Forces Campaign Breaks World Record
On Saturday, June 9, the USO broke the Guinness World Record for most people performing a body building pose simultaneously through the #Flex4Forces initiative. The campaign resonates with the USO as they represent the Force Behind the Forces in order to show support, strength and pride we have in our service members across the nation and the world. Redskins Salute works closely with the local USO chapter for the Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore area. To support our local military service members and military families, visit www.metro.uso.org for more information.
803 people all came together on the National Mall earlier this month in order to break the world record and to support the cause. The campaign will run up until July 4th as we show our support for the nation’s military leading up to Independence Day. Spreading awareness and appreciation of those who serve through the social media campaign as well as donation collection is a part of The USO’s initiative to help both retired and active duty military and their families. The USO encourages you and all of your friends and family to show your support for our troops by donating and flexing your own muscles with the hashtag #Flex4Forces in order to share your thanks for the many men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
